When a CEO lives the Brand Values
Marriott CEO Anthony Capuano just earned my loyalty through his loyalty to company values (and its people).
I was recently scrolling TikTok (as one does) and I came across the Fortune clip from a recent panel discussion with Marriott CEO, Anthony Capuano. It started just like any other CEO panel, but quickly erupted into logic, compassion, and above all, a verbal commitment to the long-held values of the company he leads: Marriott.
